The house is situated on the ridge of the island and it is reachable only by feet, walking on a flat path of about 200 sqm between the vineyards.
It is exposed to the South and it enjoys a sensational view over the other islands: Eolie, Stromboli, Panarea, Salina and Vulcano.
It is divided in 5 residential units for a total of 450 sqm (373 sqm in the Cadastre) divided as follows:
