The house, located in Trecchina (PZ), sits in the village’s medieval centre, close to the historic Palazzo Ducale and 500 metres from the splendid Villa Comunale. It is 20 minutes away by car from the ski area of MassicciodelSirino, and 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Maratea’s coast.
The house has been restored and improved in compliance with Law n. 22/99. It enjoys a privileged view on the surrounding panorama, and is reachable by car through a recently built road. It has two entrances: one on Via Mazzarella, and the other on Piazza Ducale.
The house is furnished to a very high standard, and some of the interior stone walls have not been plastered in order maintain its historic character. The façade on Via Mazzarella has been restored to the original stonework, and the fixtures are all double-glazed and with shutters.
The house has a total area of 231.43 square metres, 74.65 of which have a reduced height (highlighted in green on the graphs) and 156.78 have a full height (highlighted in purple). All of the interior surface area can be utilised fully.
