A historic stone village on the hills of Chianti, only 20 minutes from the centre of Florence and 40 minutes from Siena (only 12 km from the motorway A1-FI Impruneta). The "Podere le Case", listed among the sites of artistic and cultural relevance of Greve in Chianti, enjoys a dominant and panoramic position on the landscape of olive trees, vines and woods that has made Chianti Classico, famous and loved all over the world.
The uniqueness of the property lies in its "Borgo" structure, consisting of several buildings with loggias and "arched passages", which are difficult to find in other Chianti dwellings.
The property (a total of about 800sqm, with approximately 1 hectare of courtyard) consists of 4 different housing units, 3 of which are located in the main building (recently object of an important recovery and restoration, without installations and finishes), while the other is made up of a detached building (ex-barn).

It should also be considered that this complex is located on the edge of the Ferrone pine forest, a part of which, about 180 hectares, are included in the municipality of Greve in Chianti.
