This is a large 1 bed, 1 bath flat in a small complex in the town of San Lucido.
It is approximately 35 minutes from the Lamezia Terme airport in Calabria.
It's in a small complex of about 80 condos. The resort is about 15 years old.  I bought the apartment when it was first built so I have been the only owner of the apartment.  The season is June, July and August but the time for being able to use the place is longer.  The weather is usually great from around Easter through the end of October and sometimes longer.  Mainly, I didn't rent it out because I wanted the apartment for my own use.
There are 3 sections to complex.  My building and two others.  There are only 2 floors in all the buildings.  My apartment is on the first floor of the U shaped building with the pool in the center.  The reception is also in that building in the center, on the ground floor.  
The apartment is about 55 square meters and has a balcony that is about 1.5  meter by 3 meters.  It is enough for a small table and chairs.  You can see the sea if you are standing but not sitting down.  Not many of the apartments have a real sea view as, though it is right on the ocean, there is a small hill in front of the sea.  There is a passage that goes through the hill to get to the beach.  The beach is beautiful and goes for several kilometres.  The balcony that much because there are two pools and the beach for being outside, as well as, the restaurant that is open in summer. But it does have enough sitting room to make it useful.  There are 2 pools, a tennis court and a small football pitch.  There is also a restaurant that operates in the summer.  My apartment has air conditioning and the furniture will come as part of the sale.
The costs are done annually.  The association fee is around 750 to 800 euros per year.  I pay around an average of 400 per year for electricity.  And the taxes are about 500 per year.  So the cost for running the place is less than 2000 per year/180 per month.  I don't currently have wi-fi in the apartment because there is wi-fi on the resort but some owners get separate wi-fi and TV packages.  The owners are a mix of English, Irish, Scandinavian and Italian owners and there is a strong owners association that keeps everyone and everything up to date.
San Lucido is very close by (walkable) has a couple of grocery stores, hardware store, electrical shops, restaurants and other shops. The next biggest town to San Lucido is Paolo about 6 kilometres away with a large train station.  Amantea which is about 15 minutes south and has furniture stores, groceries store and boutique shops.  San Lucido itself has all the amenities as well and has a market day on Tuesdays.  They have a great little piazza in the town overlooking the sea with a couple of nice little places for coffee or drinks.
