The house lies in the woods of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines mountains in Pievepelago (MO) just 8 km away from the Tuscan border, at 950 mt asl. The original house built in the late ‘20s of the last century has undergone a major renovation in the early ‘70s and an addition in the ‘80s. Improvements to the electric and heating systems are desirable.
The original house  was built as a family house with large rooms and utility areas like the  basement and attic. The double garage that can be accessed internally has  a large space above it that can have various uses.
