The Manor farm is situated in the vicinity of Gagliano del Capo, a quiet town surrounded by the countryside of Salento but few hundreds metres from the state highway that leads to Leuca, that is only 6 km far.
The Manor farm dates back to the 1800; it was restored in 2012 and in 2015 there was another restoration of the apartment 3 and of the room 3; all done in a functioning way with high quality materials. The structure is divided in 7 units: 4 apartments and 3 bedrooms with bathroom, plus two technical rooms where there are the boilers, the electrical box, the hydraulic power unit and the one of the solar system (there are 4 big solar panels to heat the water).
The apartments are divided as follows:
Apartment 1: about 64,27sqm – lounge with a big starry vault with a grit kitchen corner, a double bedroom with starry vault, a large bathroom. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with barrel vault.
Apartment 2: about 39 sqm - lounge with a grit kitchen corner, a bathroom and a bedroom with barrel vault.
Apartment 3: about 39 sqm – restored in 2015, lounge with grit kitchen corner, a bathroom and a wide double bedroom; there is also a wide terrace overlooking the garden and the pool.

Inside the Masseria there is a building area of 349 sqm. All the perimeter is illuminated by spotlights placed in the bordering walls and street lamps.
At the entrance of the Manor farm there is a big iron gate plus three other entrances (one from the courtyard of the Room 1, one from the courtyard of the Room 2 and a big sliding gate).
The property is provided with a huge cesspit, because the town has no drainage system but it is connected to phytopurification. In this way there is an ecological and low-cost disposal and you don't need the intervetion of the cesspool emptier; anyway the connection to the drainage system is set up.

The Lecce railway station is 60 km far.
