If interested, there is the possibility to rent the house on Summer, so you can live there in June, July and September. I hope that this will help you with your decision.
House on three levels with three independent dwellings. Each floor includes furniture and independent heating system.
It is habitable all year round.
First floor: two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, veranda and balconies.
Ground floor: two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, wide veranda, air conditioning.
Lower ground floor: bedroom, small bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room.
Car park.
Wide garden with six olive trees and about thirty decorative plants and fruit trees, barbecue, shower refined with Sardinian stone and granite capitals. Outdoor there is a stone flooring.
The house is situated 1 km from the sea.

There is the possibility to pay 70€ each month to have a keeper that will take care of the house and the garden.

Location
Budoni is a seaside resort situated in the North-Eastern area of Sardinia, in the province of Olbia-Tempio. It has 5.000 inhabitants and it is a sought-after tourist destination.
It is situated between San Teodoro and Posada and boasts 18 km of shore with breathtaking panoramas. It is well connected thanks to the SS131, a motorway that goes all over the region.
The beautiful nature and the good food of Budoni, together with the panoramas, attract lots of tourists every year that find an excellent organization in the welcoming, the facilities to spent a relaxing and fun holiday.
During the Summer months there are many activities and events.
The most beautiful beaches are: Cala di Budoni, Baia Sant’Anna, Spiaggia Sa Capanni, Spiaggia di Porto Ainu.
