There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a built-in kitchen, and a bathroom in the apartment.  2 balconies (10 m and 4 m long) are accessible from the living room and the bigger bedroom. The balconies offer space both for household purposes as well as for comfortable rest outdoors. There is enough shade in summer there. The climate in Olmedo is generally very pleasant throughout the year.

Olmedo is a community of about 4000 inhabitants. It is a quiet and picturesque place to stay at and to live in. 

Olmedo is situated 11,5 km far from Alghero and 8 km from Alghero Fertilia Airport. You can easily reach Alghero by car or by bus within maximum of 15 min. It is about 7 min from train station Olmedo to train station Alghero.

Alghero is the third largest city of Sardinia, has rich offer of cultural attractions, beaches, gastronomy. There is a beautiful harbour with old fortress definitely worth to be seen.  

Famous beaches near Alghero - Stintino, Porto Ferro, Mugoni, le Bombarde, Maria Pia. Grotta Nettuno is one of the often visited touristic attractions in the area.
