House in Maremma. Immersed in the greenery (500m above the sea level) with view from the Amiata mountain till the sea in Castiglione della Pescaia, inside a large garden, for sale an old stone barn (45 sqm) and a portion of 135 sqm of a building, both restored mantaining the original characteristics. Between the two villages Roccatederighi and Sassofortino (one is 2 km far and the other is 800m away), you can find supermarket, bank, pharmacy, restaurant and the bus stop. The fenced plot of land of 5000 sqm borders with fields to the SouthWest, with the road to the North and the garden of the neighbouring property. Besides the olive grove with 35 trees, there are also fig trees, apricot trees, apple trees, pear trees and a big willow. Rocks and dry walls delimit the centre together with two big oaks, flowers and plants. It is all very natural, so the maintenance is easy and not laborious.
The living room on the ground floor has the entrance and the view on the garden from a large French door; the room is warmed by a fireplace and two radiators. A low wall divides the dining area from the kitchen. In the pantry there is the washing machine and the gas boiler while the pellet stove heats up all the house together with the radiators. With the internal staircase you can reach the upper floor where you can find two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a study. The adjacent building is made of stone and was restored mantaining a large room with kitchen area, lounge and bathroom while the sleeping area is on the mezzanine floor. The floor is made of stone and wood. The strong point is the view of the plain of Grosseto, the sea and the island of Giglio.
