It is situated on the beautiful Tuscan countryside.The Villa has an excellent position because it is near all the comforts and the main tourist cities: it takes only 25 minutes to reach Pisa with its international airport and the splendid Piazza dei Miracoli; in 30 minutes you can reach the splendid city of Lucca. It takes less than an hour to reach Florence and an hour and a half to Siena.
Volterra with its famous Etruscan hamlet is only 56 km far.
Furthermore it takes only 40 minutes to reach the sea.
In Winter you can reach an excellent ski district in 2 hours.

The villa rises on a wide and prestigious estate of 8 hectares, about 1.5 is a garden that surrounds the villa and makes the property very quite and private.
