Venetian villa of historic and artistic interest, subject to the cultural heritage law.
It seems that the owner was Grapputo (hence the name of the villa), whom was Napoleon's personal assistant.
It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach Venice (piazzale Roma) and about half an hour to reach Padua.
The property boasts the classical style of the Venetian villas: a large entrance living room and the other rooms all on one side.
The villa is laid out over 3 floors; it was restored and equipped with independent heating and air conditioning.
Both the ground floor and the first floor include a fireplace and a kitchen.
The top floor is composed of a large room (in correspondence with the corridors below) with bathroom.
All the bathrooms were restored.
Wooden beamed ceilings.
The garden is decorated with some precious statues and is equipped with a tool shed. There are also trees that are more than fifty years old, as well as younger ones.
Free maintenance of the 9000 sqm garden will be guaranteed up until the 30th of november 2021.
